Oak Tree Lane LTN Measure

Various barriers are used to block of one end of this section of Oak Tree Lane to motor traffic. This reduces motor traffic on Oak Tree Lane, and turns a dangerous cross-roads junction into a T-junction, which has much fewer conflict points.
