Much use is made of raised division lines. These provide clear, tactile delineation between cycleway and footway when they are at the same level. They are designed such that a cycle wheel, even a small wheel, can pass over them at a shallow angle without dismounting the rider. They also have regular gaps to provide drainage, as shown in the photo. This is great attention to detail, and gets a ten out of ten from me.
