Claws is the default emailer on the Raspberry Pi. A plugin called RSSyl allows RSS news feeds to be browsed. This has to be installed from the software manager (System...Administration...Add / Remove Software), and then added to Claws (Configuration...Plugins...Load). Right click on My Feeds to add a feed. The news feed displayed in the picture had to be guessed at (https://irishcycle.com/feed), as is sometimes the way. Push Bikes uses <page of interest>/rss.xml, which is another good guess.
