Alcester Morris Dance Festival, 22/06/08
I was on Grandad duty so missed the start.
Wended my way by an original circuitous route to the Holly Bush to
find the boys relaxing under the stern eyes of the White Hart Morris
Men. Don't think they were purposely sat under the garden
rules?

Despite it being after 2pm, the show was in full swing and went on till 4pm
On the way back, Nick stopped for a private moment, so we pulled in to a forecourt for a refresher only to see him belt past, ignoring our shouts. His phone was off, so we made our own way home along Sustrans route 55 to King's Norton
You did notice the strange bike? All the yoofs along the route were very impressed.
As you can see it was threatening rain, but we managed to get home in the dry. Another day that the Met Office had predicted rain earlier in the week and changed their mind, correctly, on the day. Grr: doesn't half put folk off coming on rides.
