This entrance is very poorly laid out. The central island is off the desire line and will not be used by most people. There needs to be a wider and longer central island and the footpath should cross 1 car's length from the exit, so that car drivers can focus on motor traffic separately from pedestrians and cycle users. There is ample space to achieve this but more money will need to be spent.
